Tour Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Before You Book
These Terms & Conditions apply to private tours and related services arranged through Singapore With Khai. By confirming a booking and making the required payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
An enquiry, quotation or discussion of availability does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking. Your tour is confirmed only after Singapore With Khai has accepted the booking and the required deposit or payment has been received.
2. Deposit & Payment
Unless otherwise stated in your quotation or booking confirmation, a 30% deposit is required to secure your tour date.
The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed, as the date and guide time are reserved specifically for your party and arrangements may be made with third-party suppliers.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in your booking confirmation. Prices, currency and any special payment arrangements will be stated in the quotation or confirmation provided to you.
3. Guest Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply because your tour date is reserved specifically for your party and it may not be possible to replace a cancelled booking at short notice.
The 30% booking deposit remains non-refundable. Amounts paid above the deposit may be refunded, subject to any non-refundable vehicle, ticket or other third-party costs already committed.
50% of the total booking price is non-refundable or payable. Any refund otherwise due remains subject to non-refundable third-party costs already committed.
100% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
100% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
4. Vehicle, Tickets & Third-Party Costs
Some tours require a private vehicle, attraction tickets, transport or other services that may be reserved and paid for in advance. Once these arrangements have been confirmed with the supplier, some or all of these costs may be non-refundable.
If you cancel your tour, any non-refundable costs already paid or irrevocably committed on your behalf will be deducted from any refund otherwise due under the cancellation policy.
Cancellation charges and non-refundable supplier costs will not be applied in a way that causes the total amount retained for the cancelled booking to exceed the total booking price.
5. Late Arrival
Please be ready at the agreed meeting point and time.
If you arrive late, the tour will normally still finish at the originally agreed time. Lost touring time cannot be guaranteed to be replaced or refunded. An extension may be possible where the guide, vehicle and schedule permit, but additional charges may apply.
6. Itinerary Changes
Private tours are designed to be flexible. Routes, stops, timings and activities may need to change because of weather, traffic, road closures, attraction closures, public events, security restrictions, operating hours or other circumstances affecting the practical operation of the tour. Where changes are necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable alternative experience.
7. Weather
Singapore experiences tropical weather and tours generally proceed in light rain or changing weather conditions. Routes or activities may be adjusted when necessary for comfort or safety. Rain or unfavourable weather alone does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.
8. Airport Layover Tours
A minimum layover of 6 hours is generally required for a Singapore layover tour. Actual touring time depends on flight schedules, immigration clearance, baggage, airport procedures, traffic and the time required to return safely for your onward flight.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they meet all immigration, entry, visa, passport, airline and transit requirements applicable to their journey.
If your arriving flight is delayed, reasonable efforts will be made to adjust or shorten the itinerary while preserving an appropriate return-to-airport buffer. A flight delay does not automatically extend the booked tour duration or create an entitlement to a refund for touring time lost due to the delay.
Guests remain responsible for checking in and presenting themselves for their onward flight in accordance with their airline’s requirements.
9. What’s Included & Not Included
The services included in your tour will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
Unless specifically stated as included, meals, drinks, attraction tickets, personal purchases, gratuities and other personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
10. Private Transport
Where private transport forms part of the booking, the vehicle arrangement will be based on the agreed group size and service. Larger groups or special vehicle requirements may require a different vehicle and additional charges.
Transport may be provided by an independent licensed transport provider where applicable.
11. Guest Responsibilities
Guests should inform Singapore With Khai before the tour of any mobility requirements, accessibility needs or other practical considerations that may materially affect the itinerary.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for following reasonable safety instructions during the tour. Appropriate clothing, footwear and weather protection are recommended according to the planned activities.
12. Cancellation by Singapore With Khai
In the unusual event that Singapore With Khai is unable to provide the confirmed tour, reasonable efforts may be made to offer an alternative date, suitable alternative arrangement or other appropriate solution.
Where Singapore With Khai cancels the service and no suitable alternative is accepted or provided, amounts paid for services that Singapore With Khai cannot provide will be refunded, subject to applicable law and any separate third-party arrangements that have been clearly disclosed to you.
13. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
Singapore With Khai will not be responsible for a failure or delay in providing a service to the extent caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, government restrictions, major transport disruption, road closures, emergencies, attraction closures or similar events. Where practical, reasonable efforts will be made to modify, reschedule or provide an alternative arrangement.
14. Liability
Singapore With Khai will take reasonable care in arranging and providing the services included in your booking.
Singapore With Khai is not responsible for loss, delay or disruption caused by a guest’s own acts or omissions, or by circumstances or third-party services outside Singapore With Khai’s reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited under Singapore law.
15. Personal Data & Privacy
Personal information provided in connection with an enquiry or booking will be handled in accordance with the Singapore With Khai Privacy Policy.
Read the Privacy Policy →16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to a booking or these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
